| Overview |
| ADTEC is a consortium of the five community colleges which are located within the 10-county Crossroads Coalition. These colleges are working together in many areas, especially on issues related to workforce development where numerous external grants have been received. ADTEC had its beginnings as a Crossroads Coalition workforce development initiative in 2004-2005. |

| Overview |
ADWIRED is the Arkansas outgrowth of a program sponsored by the United States Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration entitled (WIRED). WIRED is a new initiative that focuses on the role of talent development in driving regional economic competitiveness, increased job growth and new opportunities for American workers.
ADWIRED covers 17 counties in the Arkansas Delta, which includes all ten of the Crossroads Coalition counties.
ADWIRED is a major partner of the Coalition and in fact is headquartered within the Crossroads. ADTEC is the educational arm of the ADWIRED initiative in Arkansas |
