| This
logo was developed by Ms. Snow Winters, Center for Advanced Spatial Technologies
(CAST) during the first year of UAEDI. Various designs were presented
at periodic meetings of UAEDI colleagues for their consideration and input,
and a survey of their opinions was taken. The final design was completed
in the spring of 2003.
The
logo appeared “officially” for the first time on SEED
(Students Engaged in Economic Development) certificates that were
distributed at the end of the 2003 spring semester to University of Arkansas
students
in Interior Design and Landscape Architecture who participated in class
projects that targeted needs in Cross County.
